As of Oct. 2017 I am sad to say I no longer provide homebirth services. My family’s needs have changed and I am re-focusing my practice to both serve my patients’ needs as well as my family’s. My practice now focuses on serving my community as a naturopathic primary care provider for all ages and conditions.

I received my bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph MN in 1998. I graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ in 2004 and have been in practice as a naturopathic doctor since then.

I became a Doula in 2001 while in Naturopathic school and  knew then that midwifery would be a main focus in my practice. After  2 years as an apprentice with both a naturopathic doctor who does  homebirths , and at Casa de Nacimiento, a birth center in EL Paso, TX, I became a Certified Professional Midwife in March 2006.
