After a 2 year apprenticeship with Dr. Farra Swan, N.D., C.P.M. and at Casa de Nacimiento, a birth center in EL Paso, TX, she became a Certified Professional Midwife in March 2006.
She gave birth to her daughter at home in April 2006 (pictured right).

Dr. Palzer received her bachelor's degree from the College
of St. Benedict, St. Joseph MN in 1998, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She graduated
from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ in 2004.
